Mandatory comments for low rating
Hi, In the rating survey, is it possible to make comments mandatory for users who give us a low rating?
Hi Anusha. The ‘Set Comment As Mandatory’ setting is not dynamic based on the score. That will apply to all responses in the current rating survey
