Hey all! I've been meaning to share the content of my Pulse presentation in the hopes that it would help the PX community. I covered:

  • Why we knew we needed to make a change in Customer Success
  • How we came to find Aptrinsic/Gainsight PX
  • How we've used Gainsight PX to provide an promote user adoption, help CSM's save time/be proactive, and make smarter decisions about our product roadmap based on feature usage (or lack thereof)
