When I look at the Feedback tab on a user’s profile in PX, I typically only see the most recent 1-3 survey responses or feedback events.
However, I’ve noticed that some of the users I’ve looked at recently have definitely had more activity than what I’ve rendered. For example, one user has responded to NPS in each of the past 3 quarters.
Adjusting the time frame on the activity timeline on the page does not seem to change what I see in the Feedback tab.
Is this a known limitation? If so, what’s the time frame that is rendering?

Update: I created a support ticket about this and got this clarification:
After reviewing the behavior, we found that this is working as designed due to the date range quota applied to activity queries in Gainsight PX.
Currently, the default quota for activity data is 90 days. The system calculates the activity window using the following logic: Date window = [lastSeenDate + 7 days − quota days, lastSeenDate + 7 days]
This same date filter and quota also applies to User Activity queries, which is why older interactions may not appear in the lifetime activity view.
In summary, the feedback endpoint currently shares the same activity date range quota designed for high-volume activity data (such as sessions and page views). Because of this, older survey responses are filtered out before the data reaches the UI.
If I'm understanding you correctly, you’re seeing only 1-3 survey responses in the Feedback tab for users who have actually participated in more feedback events. I tested this on my end and found that all five of my NPS survey responses were visible in the Feedback section of the Audience Explorer without any issues.
I recommend reaching out to our support team or contacting your CSM or CSSC for further assistance. They should be able to provide more clarity on this.
