PX test emails not being received

I’m trying to send myself a test email from PX. I get a confirmation message that the email has been sent but I’m not receiving it. I’ve tried:

  1. Sending to both my work email and a personal email.
  2. Ensuring the sender email address is in my trusted senders list
  3. Checking my junk email folder
  4. Checking my company’s quarantine folder (I used to find them here)

Any other suggestions? I would really like to see how the email is going to look before sending to users.

Hey Jay,
When I tried sending a test email to my email ID, I received it directly in my inbox.
Can you please verify with your team whether you have previously added the CNames or whitelisted PX Emails for the product D&B Hoovers?
Also, I would recommend that you check whether you are receiving the test emails sent when the email engagement is launched exclusively for a test email.

I did add the email address that I used to send the test email to my "trusted senders" list in Outlook. I'm unsure what CNames are and I don't know how to add whitelisted PX Emails. 

Yesterday, I tried actually launching the email to my email address, but I have not received it yet, and it is not in D&B's quarantine that all our emails go through before landing in our inbox.
