This question came up earlier this week and we would like to share this with the Community.





If you are using a Dialog Engagement that contains a URL rule, the Knowledge Center Bot will honor the URL rule of the engagement. This means if you are not on this URL you will not be able to access this engagement from the KCB. You will only be able to access from the URL in the rule.











As a workaround to make sure this Engagement will fire when you visit the URL in the rule as well as access from KCB away from the URL you can map this URL as a feature.











Then you can use the Feature as a rule in the Engagement.











In the example below the Engagement fires when I visit the URL but since I did not use the URL rule I am still able to access when I am away from this page.











So if you ever notice you can not access an Engagement from the KCB please verify you are not using a URL rule in the Engagement.
