When sending a survey, we want the survey to come from the EVP of Sales. He is not the CSM, Owner or any record tied to the account. How do we set him as the sender if he is not linked anywhere on the record in Salesforce?

+14Thank you! I was looking at the Mapping Sources which only gave me drop downs and I didn’t think to just change it in the Survey Email.
