Unable to map the Richtext field in Rule action load to timeline

@Tejkumar pabba I am not sure if this will resolve the issue or not, but have you tried switching the toggle off to remove HTML tags for the rich text field? Maybe it’s not letting you map the fields due to the HTML tags.

@kstim Yes, I have enabled the Don’t include HTML tags option. But still seeing the same issue.

@Tejkumar pabba What are the visual indicators you’re seeing where it’s not letting you map the field? Does the target field not appear when you go to select it to map?

@kstim Yes, the target field does not appear to map in the load to timeline action.

I do not beleive you can map a rich text field to Notes in the Load to Activities Action.

It has to be a regular string field.

Is it still the case?
