Is there a means to integrate video hosting sites, like Vidyard? The use case I have is we have videos/webinars that we'd like to include into the Knowledge center bot, under it's own category. I could add them all manually, but that's kind of a pain, and a gap wherein any updates/removals to the existing content on vidyard might break things unless I manually go in and change it myself.

    Make sure you're copying the iframe option:



    Paste it in Code VIew mode inside the engagement:



    Set the location/size



    Customize the look & feel and you're all set



    You can also embed it in an article under the knowledge center bot.

    Going into HTML edit and pasting the ifame:
