Using our federated search integration with Salesforce, your community members will be able to simultaneously search through your community content AND your Salesforce knowledge base. This integration will save your users valuable time and increase your self-service resolution rate.

Show Salesforce articles in your community live-search dropdown and search result pages
Directly navigate to a Salesforce article from the community
Filter the search result pages between community results and Salesforce articles
