We are very excited that Live Search is now available for all branded communities, yey! Topic helpfulness is still under construction, after deploying it for a number of pilot customers we are now working on some smaller improvements to turn this into a killer feature.
We are sorry to announce that we have to push the release of the new API once again forward. With the new API, we also needed to rebuild a few core components of our platform. Since this is a quite big release, we need to make sure we fix all the bugs and can guarantee a stable and performant platform. With half of our development team now focussing on this, we should see it coming available soon.

First beta for API 2.0 - Conversations and Questions (including Webhooks)
We have been working on a new API which will provide a more consistent REST experience. We are expecting to start a beta for all of our Branded Templates customers soon. The first release of the new API is providing you with all the functionality for the conversations and questions domains, also including moderator actions.
Topic Helpfulness
This element will be added to Q&A topics and allows user to indicate if they found a topic helpful or not. This data will be directly logged into your Google analytics, giving you a clear view on which topics/content are helping people the most. You can preview this feature on the inSpired community.
A new and better way of asking a question
Asking questions should be easy and fun. Adding more information to your question such as descriptions, images, videos and tags should be optional, not required. We're working on a simpler way to ask questions in order to generate high-quality Q&A's

This idea added by Lorna, will allow users to mark all the new posts as read.
Add close topic to bulk operations
This idea added by Ditte, will allow moderators to close a number of topics in one bulk operation. This should be a time-saver for moderators.
