A new lick of paint for the ‘new article’ screen in Control 🎨

We’ve improved the appearance and layout of the create article page in Control (hit the 'New article' button in Control to check it out for yourself!).

Now that we've put this new design foundation in place, our next step will be to add the ability to save draft articles (as mentioned in our most recent roadmap update) - in line with our goal to improve the publishing experience/workflow for articles on our platform.
