Gainsight CC: Give Members Control Over Their Personal Data

Community members can now download all personal data held in their account directly from their profile page, fulfilling the right to data portability under GDPR Article 20.

Here's What's New

Export personal data with one click
The new Download My Data button compiles a complete data package for the member, including profile information, posts and contributions, private messages, and attachments.

How to Download Your Data

1. Click your profile picture

2. Click Settings

3. Select the General tab

4. Click Download My Data
