Gainsight CC: More Sign-In Flexibility and Safer Image Uploads
This release gives admins more control over how members sign in and adds an automatic layer of protection for every image uploaded to your community.
Here's What's New
Configure Multiple SSO Methods for End Users
Admins can now configure more than one SSO method of the same protocol type, such as two separate OpenID Connect connections. This makes it easier to set up distinct sign-in paths, for example separate methods for employees, customers, and partners, even when those methods share a protocol.
Protect Your Community with Automatic Image Moderation
Every image a member uploads is now automatically checked before it goes live. Images identified as harmful never appear in the community, and images that pass publish exactly as they do today, so there's no change to the upload experience for members or moderators. This check runs on every upload with nothing to configure. It applies to images uploaded after this enhancement is enabled for your community; previously published images aren't rescanned or removed retroactively.
