Timeline Update: AI Follow-Up Activities Now Log Even When Meeting Activity Type Is Inactive
IMPORTANT: This update is currently available in the US regions and will be available in EU starting December 17, 2025.
AI Follow-Up activities are now logged under the Meeting activity type even if that activity type is turned off in Administration > Timeline > Activity Types.
What’s Updated
- AI Follow-Up activities now log reliably, independent of manual activity type settings.
- Admins can keep the Meeting activity type turned off for manual logging when needed, without affecting AI Follow-Up activity logging.
- Automatically logged activities remain fully editable by the activity owner or any user with the right permissions.
This enhancement ensures complete and consistent meeting-related insights without requiring changes to your activity type configuration.
