Deliver Localized Experiences with the New In-App Hub (formerly KC Bot)
We’ve added full localization support to the redesigned In-App Hub (formerly KC Bot), enabling you to deliver a consistent, localized in-app experience directly from the In-App Hub’s interface. All content, including articles, web links, and JavaScript functions can now be translated and managed seamlessly.

Configure Stickiness Using the New DAU/WAU Formula
You now have another way to measure how often users return to your product. Accounts Explorer now supports DAU/WAU as an additional Stickiness calculation, giving you a weekly-focused lens that’s ideal for products with shorter engagement cycles or early-stage validation patterns.

Associate Core Feature Labels by Product in Accounts Explorer
You can now define Core Feature Labels per product, allowing you to manage core feature groupings independently across your portfolio. This ensures that health KPIs accurately reflect how users engage with each product’s most important features.
HMAC-Based Identity Verification Support
PX now supports HMAC-based identity verification (SHA256) for the Mobile SDK, extending the security capabilities previously available in the WebApp SDK. This update improves compliance, strengthens identity validation, and ensures safer integrations across platforms.
