Gainsight PX: Target More Precisely in In-App Hub

Recommendations and Task Lists in In-App Hub now support the same targeting rules available across PX engagements, so you can deliver hub content based on richer, more precise audience criteria. This release also includes UI/UX improvements to the In-App Hub new editor.

Here's What's New

Target Recommendations and Task Lists with expanded rule sets
Apply persona-based rules like Segments, Product Mapper, and Custom Events, or system-based rules like URL and Location, to ensure the right content reaches the right users based on context, behavior, and environment.

UI/UX improvements to the In-App Hub editor
The new In-App Hub editor includes interface and experience improvements to make building and managing hub content faster and more intuitive.

Getting Started
Expanded targeting rules for Recommendations and Task Lists are configurable from the In-App Hub editor. For more information, refer to the Configure In-App Hub article.
