Important: Microsoft Teams setting impacting AI Follow-Up
Microsoft recently introduced a new Teams admin setting that impacts applications accessing meeting transcripts through the Microsoft Graph API.
The setting is off by default and will prevent AI Follow-Up from accessing Microsoft Teams meeting transcripts. We recommend checking this setting if your users are experiencing errors with AI Follow-Up activities based on Microsoft Teams transcripts.
Action Required:
If your organization uses AI Follow-Up with Microsoft Teams, a Teams admin needs to enable Transcript API access: Teams admin center → Meetings → Meeting settings → Transcript API access
