Re-enabling text- and background color in the editor

Hey,  a quick heads up to let you know that we will re-enable text color and background colors in the community editor (this is currently only available in the editor in control).

We made this decision based on;

• your votes on this poll (12v5) 
• your feedback in this topic
• the fact that it will allow you to edit a topic with text colors in the community without breaking it (reported bug).

This functionality is not limited to a user role or a set of permissions. All users will be able to make use of this functionality.
