We have found a limitation in Gainsight with a data type called "list". When customers try to get information from this type and load it using mixpanel connector job, we end up putting in NULL values instead of the actual data.
Because of this, many customers are having trouble loading their data.
Please think about fixing this issue as an product improvement.
