Is there any option to create a counter in Px engagements that changes on its own?

There is no direct option to do this in an Engagement. These timers require extra JavaScript code to work and that is not fully supported within a PX Engagement.
However, you can use another service like https://www.tickcounter.com/ that I found to create your own countdown timer and then embed their provided link within an iframe inside your PX Engagement.
The Engagement HTML code looks something like this:
And the live Engagement looks like this:
