Question

Is it possible to get list of users who visited a URL on a date?

We are trying to troubleshoot why an engagement is getting no views, and one of the possibilities is that no users have gone to the page required to trigger the engagement.

I can not find a way to search for users who have visited a page in the last X days.

Within Audience Explorer you can filter for URL but this does not allow a date configuration on that rule. So I am assuming that this looks at any point in the user’s history.

Is there an analytics report that I am missing that allows URL and date selection?

Hi Ashton. If the URL in question is mapped in product mapper, you can use a ‘Features’ filter in Audience Explorer, which will let you define date range for the event.

Alternately, you could use Query Builder where the Event is Page View, and you can define the specific url using a where condition like ‘path’. After running the query, you can view Unique Users, and click the drill down to get the user list.

It is not listed as a feature as of yet. Thanks for the reminder that this is a possible path where we could then backfill for this.

I will see about running the query builder. I had not seen/used the page view with URL option. I will give this a try as it sounds like it should solve the need.

Thanks Rob!

@Ashton Without seeing your full Engagement setup, specifically the Audience Logic Rules, Schedule, and Qualification scope settings, it is hard to pinpoint “why” users are not viewing it. But, you can definitely check if users would match the Audience Logic URL Rule(s) and even other Audience Logic Rule(s) using PX Query Builder.
