in line editing- customer sentiment

Hello!! Is there a way for my CSMs to in line edit on a report or the C360 their customers sentiment score? It would be ideal if they could see a list of their customers and then be able to change the sentiment score right there from that list.

Thank you in advance!

As long as the report is a scorecard Mass Edit report, you can have an editable Sentiment score (I’m assuming you mean Scorecard Sentiment here). Just add in the other Company related fields in that report type and you’ll be good.

Another thought though... At a prior company we had our CSMs record an update in Timeline and set their sentiment there so that we were sure to get notes behind why the sentiment is changing. We had a rule to populate the score from the timeline activities where the sentiment was set. I personally think this is a great way to make sentiment updates while ensuring that more detail is captured than just a number.
