Last week our Idea Pipeline was displaying propertly. Today for some reason, our idea status boxes (New, Open, Released, etc.) are not displaying. Anyone else having this issue?

I haven’t heard back from support yet as to what exactly the situation was that caused it to break in the first place, but I checked just now to see if any changes had been made to the widget and was pleasantly surprised to see that it has returned to normal!
Just figured I’d let you know in case you had it hidden or something while it was broken 😁
Yes! I’m having the exact same issue right now. I have a ticket in with Gainsight Support about it too.
At first, I thought it was due to some recent changes I’d made to our community’s custom CSS code, but when I completely removed our custom CSS in our sandbox environment it was still broken. My guess is that they changed something about how the widget is coded and it broke.
If I learn anything from my conversation with support, I’ll be sure to circle back here!
