How to coordinate links with blog posts?

I’ve been asking our Marketing team to include links to our Community within their marketing materials to drive more awareness and engagement.  In some cases, I want my Community post to reference their blog post that in turn linked to me, but we have a bit of a chicken-egg situation in which we both need the URL for the other, but neither of us has posted yet!

Anyone else doing this?  How are you coordinating?  Ideally I’d be able to create my Community post (giving me the URL to share with Marketing) while hiding it until the Blog post is published, but there doesn’t appear to be a way to do that.

Yep, this is true problem for us as well.

I am sorry but there is no other workarounds, just publish article to hidden category, so you get the unique topic id (numerical). Swap the category name to the url URL you give to your marketeers. Then move the article to the category you want.

Usually we just publish the article, to get it top of the Latest topics and I just give the url to marketeers.

Btw, with the Khoros you can get actual url before you publish it.
