What is a rank icon and what is a username icon?
When you are setting up new ranks or if you are reviewing your current rank structure, you might ask yourself what rank & username icons are and what they do.
When to use rank icons & username icons
Mostly these icons are used to highlight special users: Think of employees (using the company logo) or Super Users:
However you can also use them for all ranks to differentiatie lower from higher ranks:

Note: As the rank icon sits in front of the Avatar of a user, you should not use a transparent icon, otherwise it might be hard to see depending on the Avatar used.
