Hi Team,

The AI Expansion Analysis is generated by identifying potential expansion opportunities through the analysis of customer communications and surfacing actionable insights. AI expansion analysis feature

But, here is a request to the expansion analysis to regenerate every week, giving them an up-to-date picture of what’s going well in the account and where/how we can upsell. Is that possible?

Our team is asking for the same thing.  Or even an option to regenerate it on demand similar to Cheat Sheet.

That would be great.

Yes, please! MAJOR bonus points if we can also have historic data preservation so there’s a reference of past insights when those analyst details refresh.

Good feedback from all of you. The weekly cadence is currently fixed, and I hear the ask for both on-demand regeneration and the ability to look back at previous analyses.

On-demand refresh is something we're evaluating. The historical preservation point from @Molly.McQ is especially interesting -- being able to compare this week's expansion signals vs. last month's would add real value for tracking how opportunities evolve.

What I current have as planned iteration is a weekly refresh / update when new signals are discovered, but I am curious whether that or an on-demand refresh is viewed as better from your points of view.

As for tracking over time, I would like to have a larger summary as an "Experience" artifact that lives on the account permanently and incorporate the full scope of opportunities from when they were first discovered through to Closed Won / Closed Lost. Essentially the Analyst you see on the Account landing screen would be the present state, but you could click through to see its full "Experience" in one of the lower tabs in the account page.

Would love your feedback on these ideas and any other requests you have on the Experience Analyst V2.

@bradybluhm I like the idea of a weekly refresh/update and an experience artifact. I could still see the potential for a prompted refresh as well.  For example, if you are getting on a call with a customer, you might want to see the most up to date info.

Would love to be able to do more with the individual suggested opportunities.  Think insights, CTAs, CSQLs, etc.

TBH, I’m not exactly sure how it works, so if it’s refreshed, is it possible that you would see the same suggestions WOW?  If so, might make sense to have a “first suggested” date or something similar?
