Extremly Negative Messages

Once an extremly negative message is picked up on and added to a report. How soon would this be automatically removed from a Staircase report once the issue is addressed? I am looking to find a way without manual efforts to see week over week what notfications have been worked and completed. I’ve reviewed some of the suggetsions on the forum but most seem they need maual updates by the teams in order to understand what happens after an extremly negative message is picked up on. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
