Is it possible to get Meeting Prep sheets via Slack?

One of my strategic CSMs is interested in getting the Meeting Prep PDFs delivered via Slack. She’s already receiving it via email, but would like both.

I’ve already enabled the AI Meeting Summary Slack notification, but I don’t see anything for Meeting Prep. I’d love to see that enhancement added!

In the interim, I have provided her with the following prompt to use in the Staircase Slack app, which has been useful: I have a meeting with [Company Name] soon, what do I need to know?

Have added it as a feature request. I’m wanting to get in and rework meeting prep in general to also add some of the new information from expansion analyst (and other upcoming analyst features) which also provide a “Questions to ask” the customer on calls to gather missing context. A slack delivery method (especially with the Slack DM capabilities) will fit right in line with that.

IMHO, this is a great request to optimise CSM consumption of data; we are completing teams notifications for Staircase events and adding meeting prep and summaries would be awesome 

 

would appreciate if you can add it to MS Teams too :-) not everyone is Slack ;-)
