This was referencing a Slack channel in the Gainsight Global Admin Slack community. If you’re not already a part of that community, I highly recommend it - it is a treasure trove of talented, passionate admin helping each other out every day.
The #ai-skills channel is where many of us who have built out AI skills for the GS product family share sanitized versions.
