When executing the Sync to Gainsight option in Staircase for a missing contact, what information is part of the workflow? I see it sends First Name, Last Name, Email and Company, but it doesn’t seem to send the Title, which is a critical component of a contact entry. Is this an error, or is the title not syncing by design? 

I’d like to add on to this thread. This is also happening in our instance. It would be great to see someone from Gainsight/Staircase weigh in here.


@dcassidy I have a resolution to this! It doesn’t resolve as part of the native “Sync with Gainsight”, you have to map a custom Stakeholder field in the settings in the “Write fields to Gainsight” section. Then the Title field syncs as part of the routine Gainsight sync.
