In Staircase, you can delete the little topic things from interactions:

Can you tell in any way that it was there, and had gotten deleted? If so, can you see who deleted it, when, and report on it?

Sometimes ST gets it wrong, and it’s totally valid to delete false signals. But if someone deletes a signal, it might be important to know for that account, in case it later turns out that signal was valid.

Great news - this feature will be getting released this week as part of the “feedback report”.

I’m interested to learn if this exists as well. I haven’t seen any evidence of this yet - but maybe I’m not looking in the right place(s). If it doesn’t exist, this is a fantastic suggestion and would go a long way toward leadership buy-in for orgs that have a tendency to distrust, well, everything and everyone.

It will include Event changes, Sentiment changes, Summary feedback and Ask Staircase feedback from teammates. As we roll out the custom prompts for Lifecycle Events, it would be worthwhile sharing the feedback mechanisms with your teams and let them know that their feedback will be used by you to add tuning to the lifecycle events.

Okay Brady. Now you’re just flirting with the admins! This is great news, thank you!
