Attaching users at the task or CTA level
Customer would like to be able to add an internal user or a contact to a Call to Action or Task.
Example. Dan is assigned the CTA, he has a task to reach out to the services team for guidance on an upgrade, Dan speaks to Bob from Services, we’d like to be able to attach Bob to the task to show who Dan spoke to.
