Gainsight's v5.16 release is live in your Production orgs*! The release includes a variety of enhancements:
  • Calculated fields for aggregation and comparison tasks are available in Bionic Rules 
  • Option to delete records from the Company and Relationship objects in the Data Operation page 
  • CoPilot is renamed Journey Orchestrator and Advanced Outreach is renamed Programs
  • New analytics are available for Programs (fka, Adv. Outreach)
  • View Failed Participants list for Programs
  • Values in the URL Data type fields are displayed as hyperlinks in Reports 
Final release notes are available now, and a 5-min. release highlights video.

    Was excited to read in these that URL fields would become clickable, and went to check in my org where it wasn't working.  Read through the release notes to see that it was only applicable to MDA objects and not SFDC objects.  Any plans to extend to SFDC objects as well?  We have a report section on the C360 with URL fields from SFDC that the CSMs would really like to be clickable.  Thanks!
