How To Export a List Of Group Members

Want to do some email marketing to group members? Or need to get a quick group member list? With inSided groups, you can easily download a complete group member list

  1. Navigate to Groups in Control

  2. Find the group where you want to download the list of members

  3. Go to the Members view

  4. Click Export CSV

Here’s an example of how the export looks like:

User email

User ID

Rank title

Member status

Member since (UTC)

Amber

amber@email.com

Hi @Yoeri ! Is there a way to see what date each user joined the group in this export? I know we can see the date the user joined the community. There was a big engagement push and I’d like to see what were the results of this push after a certain date. Thanks!

Hey @JessicaMendez both the Members overview page in the group as the export will show when a user joined the group. This is visible in the Member since column.

@Yoeri Thank you so much! I was under the impression that the Member since column displayed when they joined the larger community, not the group. Thanks!

No, this is actually referring to when they joined the group. If you want to check when your members joined the larger community you can use the user overview Registered at column :)
