Our business intelligence team would like a way to refresh scorecard history in the event that there is an issue with scorecards. We had a case where scores were incorrectly calculated for a week, and the historical scores show a dip in the score when there should not have been one.

The trouble lies in any measure group that has a Null score. I am not really able to account for all of the possible null values in rules engine, so the only option I would have to load to scorecard history is to calculate the values outside of Gainsight.

I would like to be able to automate this, but can’t think of a way to do so. I am picturing an action that is much more like the load to scorecard action, where the weightage is automatically calculated and accounts for null values. Another idea would be to recalculate the group scores based on weightage if I load new measure scores to the scorecard history object.

… and we do have cases where measures and measure groups are null.
