When creating and adding field to the Success Plan type layout, it would be helpful to allow for a field description to be displayed on hover-over or “i” icon to display information about the field’s purpose to help guide CSMs when using the Plan Layout fields.
Ideally, this would match the experience for C360 Attributes in NXT
+13This should apply to other areas such as the C360 as well. Based on John’s note at the end of his original post here, my guess is it used to do that in the old C360 but no longer does in Horizon. Please advise.
