I’m really excited to figure out how Customer Goals can help us. One thing I wish was different was the progress bar when using a Success Plan. Today the progress bar seems to be binary, it’s either open or close. I would have expected it to be a progress bar of the percentage of objectives completed.
You also can’t associate Objective CTAs (that I could see), so if I wanted to use this I would kind of have to abandon Success Plans as project management tool.
