Can I edit what appears in the description?

Hi All - I don’t see a place to do this, but is there a way to edit the prompt in the description box? I’d like to use it to remind people to add their product/version number to their posts.

Hi,

I assume you mean the placeholder text in the editor? Yes, this can be customized.

You need to add them as phrases (in your Control Environment under [Settings] - [Phrases]. Simply click on “Add phrase” and give in the [Module] and [Key] from the list below:
