Hello. First time post for a new Gainsight customer.
We’re in the process of implementing an NPS engagement survey and using the main template. The template clearly shows an outline around the comment box with the submit button center aligned underneath it.
However when previewing or viewing on an actual site, the outline is removed and Submit button alignment Is no longer in place. Has anyone had this issue before and if so any tips or advice to get this show as it should be.

There seems to be some CSS of your product that might be overriding our CSS which might cause change in the view.
I have raised a support ticket for the same to review this and provide you a solution.
