Cockpit: Add a search option for "Select a Playbook" during the Add CTA process

Related products:CS Cockpit & Playbooks

darkknight
This was alluded to in a previous post but wanted to make the explicit request here to add a search option to the "Select a Playbook" field in the Add CTA process.

Right now, CSMs have to scroll through the entire list of playbooks to find what they are looking for, which is a time suck.

It would speed up the process if the CSM were to have the option to enter a key word  to narrow the search, or to scroll through the entire list if they don't know what they are looking for.

Hi,

I was wondering if this is coming anytime soon - having several customers ask for this change!

+1

Pretty much anywhere that there is a drop down list it would be helpful to have a search bar available.

Dan - that's a great addition. To be specific, would be great to have a search box for playbooks, CTA reason, and Milestone

Hi,

We are planning to make a lot of UI improvements in the product and adding a search option is a part of it. ETA spring release.

Thanks,
Nitisha

Hi,

We have added the search option in all dropdowns in CTA/ task creation form and detail view. We will add the similar option in rest of the product too (wherever it's not available yet).

Thanks,
Nitisha
