Fields are not available for mapping in salesforce connector job

Dear Team,

I am trying to create a connector job for fetching the details of a salesforce custom object, but most of the fields are not available for mapping the fields. Could you please let me know what could be the possible reason behind this.

I am observing the same behavior in the rules engine, when I am trying to create a rule using salesforce connection.

Also I can see there are other custom objects for which all of the fields are available.

Request you to please help on this.

Thanks

Manik

@manik.narula usually when I see that, it’s because the GS Integration User in SFDC doesn’t have access to those fields.  So, you’d have to grant access to the fields in SFDC, and then, they should be available.
