Displaying scorecard information in Salesforce

I would like to know how other companies display the “why” behind a scorecard in Salesforce. For example, we push our red/yellow/green scores from Gainsight into salesforce but trying to figure out how we can display/explain the score in a meaningful way so show why an account is a specific color.

Prior to Gainsight, our team would manually fill out a text box explaining the score but not what it’s calculated based on data, we aren’t sure how or what to display in SF. If anyone has gone down this path before, would love to chat further!

@jbeker You could add manual activities for the overall health score in Gainsight, and push them to SFDC.

@jbeker in my previous life, we pushed the score to Salesforce, but used a Tableau report to breakdown the data behind each component that we linked to in the SFDC field and in Gainsight.  Our score was pretty complicated since it was designed by our data science team.
