Configure status of JO email task created in SF Account History

In JO, when we log our emails to SF Activity History, all items are created with a Status of ‘Completed’.

 

Is there a way to configure this so a different status value is applied, such as ‘Open’?

 

The use case is this:  we’re generating internal email alerts to Account Managers when their clients reach a specific usage threshold.  They want the value of the task in Activity History to show as Open, as in indication they need to act on the alert.  It’s admittedly redundant, since they are receiving the actual email alert as well, but it’s what they want :)
