Question

Total # of Accounts - SFDC & GS Don't Match

This is the number on my KPI Dashboard of accounts that meet the filtered criteria….

However, when I run that report….

I get a different number….

I also get a different # in SFDC, even though that is where we are pulling the data…

Why would this happen and how can I troubleshoot?

Thanks!

Hi @MelissaC, Apart from potential data issues in the transfer, we have found the dashboards occasionally do not automatically refresh. Selecting the refresh icon on the top-right side of the dashboard or an individual report should update it.

It would also be helpful to include the filters on your SFDC widget, as they might be different.

Also, is this ‘Company’ table the standard Gainsight MDA table? Or are you pulling an SFDC table called ‘Company’? If your filters are the same, you’ve refreshed everything, but your Salesforce data isn’t matching what you expect in Gainsight, then I would recommend looking at your rules/connectors that bring in your SFDC Accounts to Gainsight Companies.

See what is different between the 6 companies in Gainsight that aren’t showing in the Salesforce report as well, can be a good place to start.
