Is it possible to report on the free text widget you can add to the Summary section of C360? CSMs have mentioned it would be great to have their notes and a Modified Date captured somehow (i.e. in case of accidental erase)
+3No , but if you use summary (widget ) which is also a free text area then yes you can , also you can any richtext field and report on it

Rich Text fields can be included in a report but that’s where it stops. They’re not reportable on because:
- Cannot apply any filter (i.e. null or not null)
- Cannot sort (by starts with A or starts with Z, even though I’m not sure why one would need that)
- Cannot search (so you can’t use the ‘in-column’ header to search for a piece of content in the field because the search bar doesn’t exist for these), which is a huge bummer
