CTA comment formatting in Horizon Rules

Has anyone had any luck with CTA comments in the new Horizon Rules Engine? For me it doesn’t respect even ordinary line breaks, let alone standard markdown or HTML. Everything is just a mush of plain text in the final result.

ugh I’m sorry - I put Horizon Analytics, but I meant Horizon Rules.🙇🏻

@Tomas Trijonis Gainsight Support acknowledged not being able to add HTML Code to the CTA Comment field through Horizon Rules as a bug.  I hope they resolve this issue before we are forced to migrate all of our rules from Bionic to Horizon.
