NPS Limit of 100 recipients, any way to get around this?

Hello we are wondering if there is a way to increase the number of recipients per send in the NPS section of Gainsight?

We are sending to about 5,600 people and it appears with the 100 recipient limit, we will have to schedule this 56 times.

Is there any way to increase the number over 100?

Copilot is an alternative way to send the surveys.  The actual survey responses and data for NPS will still appear in your C360 and in the NPS section of Gainsight.

Hi Scott -

That limit is imposed due to the email service you are using to send the survey. If you use CoPilot in Gainsight to send your surveys instead, you can create Power Lists with criteria for the recipients - up to 200,000 contacts! Check out this documentation on using CoPilot to create dynamic contact lists: https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Surveys_and_NPS/Admin_Configuration/Send_Surveys...

Please note that you CAN re-send the survey to non-respondents using this process (the "limitations" in the above documentation need to be updated):  https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Surveys_and_NPS/Examples_and_Tutorials/Tutorial_...

Here's a 10 minute video introduction to CoPilot

CoPilot can be used to send all kinds of other one-to-many communications, as well. I hope this helps you overcome this challenge!

Thanks for this, I know we can use CoPilot, but our management likes the graphs and historical tracking in the NPS section. We don't want to lose out on that.

What I mean is the charts and graphs from our previous NPS surveys are in the NPS section of Gainsight, we like that we can see all prior activity in one section. By moving to CoPilot, where would we find that historical data and graph?
