SUMMARY
Gainsight Sandbox Environment Planned maintenance is scheduled as
follows:
Saturday,
July 9th 2016 between 10:00 PM
& Sunday, July 10th 2016 4:00 AM CST
Gainsight has
planned a scheduled maintenance for Customer Sandbox (Gainsight
Backend) Environments. During this
maintenance, the Sandbox backend server resources will be upgraded to higher
capacity. This will result in
better performance from the backend components for Sandbox Environments.
As the Sandbox
Environment queues will be in hold state during the maintenance, delays are
expected in execution of Sandbox Rules & Data Load etc.
NOTE: There
will be NO IMPACT to any PRODUCTION SFDC or MDA
Environments due to this maintenance.
