It occurred to me that Success Plans could be used for employees/individuals, who are either on a performance plan, or perhaps to guide them during their first 90 days, etc. The plans could be tied to their employer's Account and the individual, and we'd need permissions to keep the plan private to HR, the manager, and the individual. SP's would provide a nice simple structure for setting up goals and establishing success criteria and due dates.

Perhaps Surveys could be utilized for HR purposes as well, if we had better support for anonymous surveys.

Lila! I couldn't agree more. I actually had a few meeting with Jenilee before she met to talk about how something like Gainsight (or a slightly different version of it) can be useful for employee success.

I actually think many of the Gainsight features and modules are relevant, success plans being one of them. Whether it's an "employee churn" scorecard, "employee lifecycle" CTAs, Success Plans for personal development, or more - I think there's a lot of potential.

I'm more than happy to chat more about this!

Pretty interesting.  I also think that we could leverage conventional CTAs and Playbooks as well.  New Hires get a standard Playbook with things they need to do.  Could help guide someone through appropriate self-training opportunities.

I'm trying to see how we can build upon our integration with Learndot.  Lots of opportunities there for onboarding and continual training.
