Gainsight's engineering team is continually working on improving the performance of the application, and has several enhancements planned for the late February release.

For optimal C360 performance, we recommend following these best practices when configuring and viewing the C360:

Configuration:

  • Summary is recommended as the first section, and Attributes as the second section.
  • C360 Reports: Add filters as much as possible, in case of large data sets.
  • Embedded Pages: we recommend against including very heavy embed pages that render large media, complex graphics, and large running queries.
  • Attributes: If you have too many fields in Attributes, split them into multiple attribute sections. (Multiple attribute sections will be supported in the late Feb. release.)

C360 viewing:

  • Browser Tabs: It is advised to have only a few CS360 browser tabs open at one time.
  • We recommend disabling the scroll option, and clicking each section name as needed.

This information is also available in the Configure Customer360 Sections and Pages SFDC edition article, or the NXT article
